About Dance Virtuosa
Dance Virtuosa is one of Prince Edward Island’s leading dance schools, offering high-quality dance education for students ages 3 through adult in both Charlottetown and Summerside. Founded in 2009 by Artistic Director Kashena Bartlett, the studio provides a welcoming environment where dancers can develop technical skills, creativity, confidence, and a lifelong love of dance. Programs are available for recreational, performance, and pre-professional dancers, with classes ranging from beginner to advanced levels. Students can train in a wide variety of styles including ballet, contemporary, jazz, hip hop, tap, acro, pointe, character, conditioning, and more. Dance Virtuosa is known for its experienced faculty, strong performance programs, summer intensives, and opportunities to perform locally, nationally, and internationally. With a focus on artistic excellence, personal growth, and community, Dance Virtuosa helps dancers build skills, friendships, and memorable experiences both on and off the stage
