About DanceQuest Competitions
Dance Quest is one of Atlantic Canada's longest-running dance competitions and conventions, providing performance, adjudication, and educational opportunities for dancers across the region. Founded in 2000, Dance Quest welcomes dancers of all ages and skill levels to participate in a positive, supportive, and professional competition environment that celebrates growth, achievement, and a love of dance. The competition features a wide range of dance styles, including ballet, jazz, tap, lyrical, contemporary, hip hop, musical theatre, acro, and more. Dancers have the opportunity to perform, receive constructive feedback from industry professionals, attend workshops, and compete for special awards, scholarships, and recognition throughout the season. Based in New Brunswick, Dance Quest hosts events throughout Atlantic Canada and culminates each season with its Nationals event in Saint John. Known for its welcoming atmosphere and strong sense of community, Dance Quest is committed to fostering confidence, sportsmanship, artistic development, and meaningful experiences for dancers, teachers, and families alike.
