Mary Cain Dance is a Moncton-based social dance studio dedicated to helping people discover the joy of dancing in a welcoming and beginner-friendly environment. For more than 20 years, Mary Cain and her team have been teaching social ballroom and Latin dance with a focus on fun, confidence, connection, and community rather than competition. The studio welcomes individuals and couples of all experience levels, including those stepping onto the dance floor for the very first time. Classes include a variety of social dance styles such as Salsa, Bachata, Jive, Cha Cha, Rumba, Blues, Ballroom, and Line Dancing. Students can participate in beginner, intermediate, and advanced classes, as well as private lessons and social dance events throughout the year. No partner is required for most classes, making the studio accessible to anyone interested in learning to dance.
